Twenty-two years on Bharuch rooftops.
Active Solar House has been climbing roofs in Bharuch district since 2003 — three years before rooftop solar was common anywhere in Gujarat.
We started as a shop selling inverters and batteries on the same street we still work from, opposite Patel Welfare Hospital. Solar came later, but the habit didn't change: we survey the roof ourselves, quote in writing, and stay the shop customers come back to for service — not a subcontractor who's moved on to the next site.
Today we stock UTL, Waaree, Adani Solar and Havells, and install across Bharuch, Ankleshwar, Dahej GIDC, Jambusar and Panoli. We've wired 500+ roofs and served 14,000+ customers with panels, inverters and batteries — and we still file the PM Surya Ghar paperwork ourselves, because a subsidy that doesn't reach your account isn't a subsidy.
Why we're still doing this
A neighbour's word still brings us more customers than any advertisement. That only keeps working if the bill actually drops to what we said it would, and if someone picks up the phone three years later. That's the whole business plan.
