Who this applies to
These terms apply when you buy products from or hire installation, maintenance or service work from Active Solar Power House ("we", "us"), Mehfuz Complex, 33, opp. Patel Welfare Hospital, Bharuch, Gujarat 392001.
Quotes and site visits
A site visit is free and comes with no obligation to buy. Figures from the calculator on this site, or given over WhatsApp or by phone before a site visit, are estimates — the confirmed price depends on your roof, your sanctioned load and the DGVCL tariff on the day, and is given to you in writing before any work starts.
Subsidy and net metering
Where you're eligible, we file the PM Surya Ghar subsidy application and the DGVCL net-metering paperwork on your behalf. Approval and disbursement are decided by DGVCL and the government scheme, not by us — we handle the filing and follow-up, but can't guarantee a timeline or outcome the scheme itself controls.
Products
Panels, inverters and batteries we sell are genuine, sealed stock from their manufacturers. Manufacturer warranty terms are set and honoured by that manufacturer (UTL Solar, Waaree, Adani Solar, Havells, Microtek, Exide, Luminous, Amaron or Livguard, depending on what you bought) and are separate from our own installation warranty.
Installation warranty
Our own workmanship and structure warranty terms are whatever is stated in writing on your quotation or invoice at the time of sale — those written terms govern, not any general figure mentioned elsewhere.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed in writing at the time of quotation. This website does not process payments; nothing here is a checkout or a binding order on its own.
Cancellation
Since a site visit and quotation carry no obligation, there's nothing to cancel before that. Once you've accepted a written quotation, cancellation terms are whatever was agreed in that document.
Liability
We're responsible for our own installation workmanship. We're not responsible for pre-existing roof or structural defects not disclosed at the time of survey, or for delays in government or DISCOM processing that are outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Bharuch, Gujarat.
